Positive: Beautiful, comfortable, very large room. Facilities were very good. Location was very convenient with supermarkets, restaurants and transport a short walk.
Negative: There was a lack of pegs to hang washing. Not a drama for a short stay, but required planning for a longer stay.

Positive: Outstanding service from David and Vera. We spent 8 nights just hanging out after a long period of fast travels. It was the perfect place to relax, do laundry, cook our own meals at an affordable price. Supermarket market nearby enabled us to cook our own meal in the shared fully equipped kitchen that we shared with one other room. We had our own fridge to store our food.

Positive: Historical property with historical furniture, nice for a change. Close to airport and also train station to get into Melbourne City to sight see. Friendly helpful hosts. Off street parking. Use of a large kitchen (shared but not a problem). Quiet neighbourhood but is close to restaurants and grocery store.
Negative: Room a little dark but good lights counteracted that.

Positive: Cheap provided the great camodeties and comfortable stay. Lovely and very respectable hosts. And a nice cozy location with a nearby park and plenty of cafes. Close to the train station and coles for a very convenient location. I would recommend
